Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 2001; provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 1 and 6, the provisions of the following Article (excluding the second sentence of paragraph (2)) and of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions (excluding the provisions amending item (xx)-13 of Appended Table 1 of the Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance (Act No. 89 of 1968)), and the provisions of Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on June 30 of the same year.
この法律は、平成十三年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条及び第六条の規定並びに次条（第二項後段を除く。）及び附則第六条の規定、附則第十一条の規定（社会保険労務士法（昭和四十三年法律第八十九号）別表第一第二十号の十三の改正規定を除く。）並びに附則第十二条の規定は、同年六月三十日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 12Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance
第十二条（社会保険労務士法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 2, paragraph (1), Article 15, Article 17, paragraph (2), Articles 25-3, 25-33, 25-38 and 25-46 of the Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article, the labor and social insurance laws and regulations prescribed in those provisions are to include the provisions of Articles 13 and 14, Article 16 (including the provisions of the Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare based on that Article) and Article 18 of the Former Specified Depressed Industries Act that are to remain in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions.
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1), Article 5, item (v), and Article 8, items (iv) and (ix) of the Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (hereinafter referred to as the "provisions on qualifications, etc.") and of Appended Table 2, the labor and social insurance laws and regulations prescribed in the provisions on qualifications, etc. and the labor laws and regulations prescribed in that table are to include the Former Specified Depressed Industries Act (including the provisions that are to remain in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions) for the time being.
