Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding nine months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provision amending Article 25-6, the provision amending Article 25-11, paragraph (1), the provision adding one item to Article 25-22, paragraph (1), the provision deleting Article 25-22, paragraph (2), the provision amending paragraph (3) of that Article and the provision making that paragraph paragraph (2) of that Article, the provision making Article 25-22-5 Article 25-22-6, shifting Articles 25-22-2 through 25-22-4 down by one Article each, and adding one Article after Article 25-22, and the provision amending Article 25-25, paragraph (2) come into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding two years from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して九月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第二十五条の六の改正規定、第二十五条の十一第一項の改正規定、第二十五条の二十二第一項に一号を加える改正規定、第二十五条の二十二第二項を削る改正規定、同条第三項の改正規定及び同項を同条第二項とする改正規定、第二十五条の二十二の五を第二十五条の二十二の六とし、第二十五条の二十二の二から第二十五条の二十二の四までを一条ずつ繰り下げ、第二十五条の二十二の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに第二十五条の二十五第二項の改正規定は、公布の日から起算して二年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
