第七条（預貯金、株式等に係る利子、配当等の受領者の告知等に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 336, paragraph (4), Article 337, paragraph (5) and Article 338 of the New Order apply where notice is given under the provisions of Article 336, paragraphs (1) through (3) of the New Order on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern where notice was given under the provisions of Article 336, paragraphs (1) through (3) of the Former Order before the Effective Date.
新令第三百三十六条第四項、第三百三十七条第五項及び第三百三十八条の規定は、施行日以後に新令第三百三十六条第一項から第三項までの規定による告知をする場合について適用し、施行日前に旧令第三百三十六条第一項から第三項までの規定による告知をした場合については、なお従前の例による。
