第十条（交付金銭等の受領者の告知等に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 342, paragraph (4) of the New Order as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 345, paragraph (5) of the New Order, and the provisions of Article 343, paragraph (5) and Article 344 of the New Order as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 345, paragraph (6) of the New Order, apply where notice is given under the provisions of Article 345, paragraph (3) of the New Order on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern where notice was given under the provisions of Article 345, paragraph (3) of the Former Order before the Effective Date.
新令第三百四十五条第五項において準用する新令第三百四十二条第四項並びに新令第三百四十五条第六項において準用する新令第三百四十三条第五項及び第三百四十四条の規定は、施行日以後に新令第三百四十五条第三項の規定による告知をする場合について適用し、施行日前に旧令第三百四十五条第三項の規定による告知をした場合については、なお従前の例による。
