第十三条（交付金銭等の受領者の告知等に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 345, paragraph (1) (limited to the portion pertaining to item (iii)) (Notice, etc. by a Person Receiving Delivered Money, etc.) of the New Order apply to a share distribution prescribed in item (iii) of that paragraph that takes place on or after the Effective Date.
新令第三百四十五条第一項（第三号に係る部分に限る。）（交付金銭等の受領者の告知等）の規定は、施行日以後に行われる同号に規定する株式分配について適用する。
