第四条（収用に類するやむを得ない事由に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 93 (Unavoidable Grounds Similar to Expropriation) of the New Order apply to the unavoidable grounds prescribed in Article 93 of the New Order that arise on or after the date specified in Article 1, item (iv) (Effective Date) of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the unavoidable grounds prescribed in Article 93 (Unavoidable Grounds Similar to Expropriation) of the Former Order that arose before that date.
