第十条（国民の意見の聴取等）
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may, even before the date on which this Act comes into effect, when intending to establish the guidelines prescribed in Article 13-2, paragraph (1) of the Food Sanitation Act after amendment by the provisions of Article 1 and when intending to establish the imported food monitoring and guidance plan prescribed in Article 13-3, paragraph (1) of that Act, publicize the purpose, content, and other necessary matters and broadly seek the opinions of the public.
厚生労働大臣は、この法律の施行の日前においても、第一条の規定による改正後の食品衛生法第十三条の二第一項に規定する指針を定めようとするとき、及び同法第十三条の三第一項に規定する輸入食品監視指導計画を定めようとするときは、その趣旨、内容その他の必要な事項を公表し、広く国民の意見を求めることができる。
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may, even before the date on which this Act comes into effect, when intending to delete the name of an additive from the list of existing additives pursuant to the provisions of Article 2-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Food Sanitation Act and the Nutrition Improvement Act after amendment by the provisions of Article 9, publicize the purpose, content, and other necessary matters and broadly seek the opinions of the public, or hear the opinions of the Food Safety Commission or the Pharmaceutical Affairs and Food Sanitation Council.
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may, even before the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions, in the following cases, publicize the purpose, content, and other necessary matters and broadly seek the opinions of the public, or hear the opinions of the Food Safety Commission:
When intending to establish the Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in Article 9, paragraph (1) of the New Food Sanitation Act.
新食品衛生法第九条第一項の厚生労働省令を定めようとするとき。
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may, even before the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions, when intending to establish the substances that are clearly not likely to harm human health and the amounts not likely to harm human health pursuant to the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (3) of the Food Sanitation Act after amendment by the provisions of Article 3, publicize the purpose, content, and other necessary matters and broadly seek the opinions of the public, or hear the opinions of the Food Safety Commission or the Pharmaceutical Affairs and Food Sanitation Council.
厚生労働大臣は、附則第一条第五号に掲げる規定の施行の日前においても、第三条の規定による改正後の食品衛生法第十一条第三項の規定により人の健康を損なうおそれのないことが明らかである物質及び人の健康を損なうおそれのない量を定めようとするときは、その趣旨、内容その他の必要な事項を公表し、広く国民の意見を求め、又は食品安全委員会若しくは薬事・食品衛生審議会の意見を聴くことができる。
