In the case prescribed in the preceding Article, when the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare finds it necessary, the Minister must hold a council meeting, share necessary information on the investigation of the causes of food poisoning and the results of the investigation, aim at closer cooperation among the relevant organizations, and endeavor to conduct discussions on necessary measures to prevent patients with food poisoning, etc. to be found over a wide area, or their increase.
