Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning the Payment of Educational Training Benefits
第四条（教育訓練給付金の支給に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 60-2, paragraph (4) of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (limited to the amending provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions) apply to persons who commence the educational training prescribed in Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act on or after the effective date of the provisions set forth in that item, and with regard to the educational training benefits for persons falling under any of the items of that paragraph who commenced that educational training before that date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条の規定（附則第一条第二号に掲げる改正規定に限る。）による改正後の雇用保険法第六十条の二第四項の規定は、同号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後に雇用保険法第六十条の二第一項に規定する教育訓練を開始した者について適用し、同日前に当該教育訓練を開始した同項各号のいずれかに該当する者に対する教育訓練給付金については、なお従前の例による。
