第九条（検討）
The government is to review the state of childcare leave-related benefits under the provisions of the Employment Insurance Act (referred to as "childcare leave-related benefits" in the following paragraph) and of their sources of funding by around fiscal year 2024, and if it finds it necessary, take the required measures based on the results.
政府は、令和六年度までを目途に、雇用保険法の規定による育児休業給付（次項において「育児休業給付」という。）及びその財源の在り方について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
The government is to review the state of regulation based on the provisions of the Employment Insurance Act and the Employment Security Act amended by this Act, approximately five years after this Act comes into effect, taking into consideration the enforcement and other conditions of those provisions, and if it finds it necessary, take the required measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、この法律により改正された雇用保険法及び職業安定法の規定の施行の状況等を勘案し、当該規定に基づく規制の在り方について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
