第四条（育児休業給付金に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Articles 61-7 and 61-8 of the amended Employment Insurance Act apply to a person who begins the leave prescribed in Article 61-7, paragraph (1) of the amended Employment Insurance Act on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as "the effective date"), and with regard to a person who began the leave prescribed in Article 61-4, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "pre-amendment Employment Insurance Act") before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正後雇用保険法第六十一条の七及び第六十一条の八の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に改正後雇用保険法第六十一条の七第一項に規定する休業を開始する者について適用し、施行日前に第一条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法（以下「改正前雇用保険法」という。）第六十一条の四第一項に規定する休業を開始した者については、なお従前の例による。
