②The government is to review, with regard to the provisions of Article 37-5 of the amended Employment Insurance Act, how the amended Employment Insurance Act should be applied to workers employed in the covered undertakings of two or more employers and other matters, approximately five years after the provisions listed in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, while taking into consideration the circumstances of persons who have become elderly insured persons pursuant to those provisions and the conditions, etc. of payment of benefits based on the amended Employment Insurance Act to those persons, and if it finds it necessary, take the required measures based on the results.
