第八条（教育訓練支援給付金に関する経過措置）
With regard to the educational training support benefits for a person who began the educational training prescribed in Article 11-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employment Insurance Act before the Article 2 amendment before the item (iv) effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第四号施行日前に第二条改正前雇用保険法附則第十一条の二第一項に規定する教育訓練を開始した者に対する教育訓練支援給付金については、なお従前の例による。
