Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning Special Provisions for Cases Where the Employment Promotion Allowance Has Been Paid
第四条（就業促進手当の支給を受けた場合の特例に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employment Insurance Act after the Article 1 amendment apply to a person whose day of second separation from service prescribed in Article 57, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Employment Insurance Act (hereinafter simply referred to as "second separation from service" in this Article) falls on or after the effective date, and with regard to the employment promotion allowance for a person whose day of second separation from service falls before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条改正後雇用保険法附則第十条の規定は、雇用保険法第五十七条第一項第一号に規定する再離職（以下この条において単に「再離職」という。）の日が施行日以後である者について適用し、再離職の日が施行日前である者に係る就業促進手当については、なお従前の例による。
