第二条（介護休業給付金に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 61-6, paragraph (4) of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Insurance Act after the Article 1 amendment" in this paragraph and the following paragraph) apply to a person who began the leave prescribed in Article 61-6, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act after the Article 1 amendment on or after the date on which the provisions listed in item (iii) of the preceding Article come into effect (excluding a person to whom the provisions of Article 61-6 of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Insurance Act after the Article 2 amendment") apply pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3)), and with regard to a person who began the leave prescribed in Article 61-6, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (referred to as the "Employment Insurance Act before the Article 1 amendment" in the following paragraph) before that date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
The provisions of Article 12-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employment Insurance Act after the Article 1 amendment apply to nursing care leave benefits pertaining to the leave prescribed in Article 61-6, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act after the Article 1 amendment that was begun on or after the date on which the provisions listed in item (iii) of the preceding Article come into effect, and with regard to nursing care leave benefits pertaining to the leave prescribed in Article 61-6, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act before the Article 1 amendment that was begun before that date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条改正後雇用保険法附則第十二条の二の規定は、前条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後に開始された第一条改正後雇用保険法第六十一条の六第一項に規定する休業に係る介護休業給付金について適用し、同日前に開始された第一条改正前雇用保険法第六十一条の六第一項に規定する休業に係る介護休業給付金については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 61-6 of the Employment Insurance Act after the Article 2 amendment apply to a person who began the caregiver leave prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as "the effective date"), and with regard to a person who began the leave prescribed in Article 61-6, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Insurance Act before the Article 2 amendment") before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二条改正後雇用保険法第六十一条の六の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に同条第一項に規定する介護休業を開始した者について適用し、施行日前に第二条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法（以下「第二条改正前雇用保険法」という。）第六十一条の六第一項に規定する休業を開始した者については、なお従前の例による。
