第三条（基本手当の受給資格等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the recipient qualification for the basic allowance, the recipient qualification for the elderly for the job applicant benefits for the elderly, or the special recipient qualification for the special lump sum payment, whose day of separation from service pertaining to the recipient qualification, the recipient qualification for the elderly or the special recipient qualification is before the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (i)-2 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern respectively.
受給資格、高年齢受給資格又は特例受給資格に係る離職の日が附則第一条第一号の二に掲げる規定の施行の日前である基本手当の受給資格、高年齢求職者給付金の高年齢受給資格又は特例一時金の特例受給資格については、それぞれなお従前の例による。
