第四十二条（検討）
After this Act comes into effect, the Government is to review the provisions of Sections 5 through 6 of Chapter III of the new Employment Insurance Act (including the parts of the provisions of Articles 11 and 12 of the new Employment Insurance Act that concern the employment promotion benefits prescribed in Section 5 of that Chapter, the educational training benefits prescribed in Section 5-2 of that Chapter and the continuous employment benefits prescribed in Section 6 of that Chapter), while taking into account the state of implementation of those provisions, the state of income of persons who receive payment of those employment promotion benefits, those educational training benefits and those continuous employment benefits, changes in socioeconomic conditions and other factors, and is to take required measures when it finds it necessary.
政府は、この法律の施行後、新雇用保険法第三章第五節から第六節までの規定（新雇用保険法第十一条及び第十二条の規定のうち同章第五節に規定する就職促進給付、同章第五節の二に規定する教育訓練給付及び同章第六節に規定する雇用継続給付に係る部分を含む。）について、当該規定の実施状況、当該就職促進給付、当該教育訓練給付及び当該雇用継続給付の支給を受ける者の収入の状況その他社会経済情勢の推移等を勘案しつつ検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
