Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Transitional Measures Concerning Educational Training Benefits under the Employment Insurance
第十条（雇用保険の教育訓練給付金に関する経過措置）
With regard to the payment of the educational training benefits under the provisions of Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Act to a person who falls under any of the items of that paragraph and who commenced the educational training prescribed in that paragraph before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に新雇用保険法第六十条の二第一項に規定する教育訓練を開始した同項各号のいずれかに該当する者に対する同項の規定による教育訓練給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
