Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions (excluding the provisions amending Article 14, paragraph (2) of the Act to Facilitate the Employment of Persons with Disabilities (excluding the part replacing "Article 27, paragraph (3)" with "Article 54, paragraph (3)")), Articles 7, 8 and 10, and Articles 12 through 19 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on October 1, 2003.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、附則第六条（障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律第十四条第二項の改正規定（「第二十七条第三項」を「第五十四条第三項」に改める部分を除く。）を除く。）、第七条、第八条、第十条及び第十二条から第十九条までの規定は、平成十五年十月一日から施行する。
