第二条（基本手当の日額の端数処理に関する経過措置）
With regard to the rounding of fractions of the daily amount of the basic allowance for a qualified recipient of the basic allowance whose day of separation from service pertaining to the recipient qualification is before the day on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as "the effective date") (hereinafter referred to as a "former qualified recipient"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
受給資格に係る離職の日がこの法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前である基本手当の受給資格者（以下「旧受給資格者」という。）に係る基本手当の日額の端数処理については、なお従前の例による。
