Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 2, 8 and 10 (limited to the provisions amending Articles 24 and 25 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Promotion of Development and Introduction of Alternative Energy to Oil) and Articles 2 through 7, 10, 12, 14, 15, 17 through 21 and 29 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of March 31, 2002, and the provisions of Articles 4, 6, 9 and 10 (limited to the provisions amending Article 28 and Article 23 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Promotion of Development and Introduction of Alternative Energy to Oil) and Articles 8, 9, 13, 16 and 22 through 27 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of April 1 of the same year.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第二条、第八条及び第十条（石油代替エネルギーの開発及び導入の促進に関する法律附則第二十四条及び第二十五条の改正規定に限る。）並びに附則第二条から第七条まで、第十条、第十二条、第十四条、第十五条、第十七条から第二十一条まで及び第二十九条の規定は平成十四年三月三十一日から、第四条、第六条、第九条及び第十条（石油代替エネルギーの開発及び導入の促進に関する法律第二十八条及び附則第二十三条の改正規定に限る。）並びに附則第八条、第九条、第十三条、第十六条及び第二十二条から第二十七条までの規定は同年四月一日から施行する。
