第二条（検討）
The government is to, after this Act comes into effect, comprehensively review the modality of the various benefits in the employment insurance services, the modality of the bearing of expenses, and other matters, while taking into consideration future employment trends and other circumstances, and, when it finds it necessary, take required measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後、今後の雇用動向等を勘案しつつ、雇用保険事業における諸給付の在り方、費用負担の在り方等について総合的に検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
