Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending Articles 46 and 47 and Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance in Article 1, the provisions amending Articles 83 through 85 of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 2, and the provisions of Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions: the day on which one month has elapsed from the date of promulgation;
第一条中労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律第四十六条、第四十七条及び附則第七条第一項の改正規定、第二条中雇用保険法第八十三条から第八十五条までの改正規定並びに附則第十条の規定 公布の日から起算して一月を経過した日
the provisions amending Article 17, paragraph (3), Article 19, Article 33, paragraph (3), Article 37, paragraph (9) and Article 56-2, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 2, and the provisions of Articles 4 through 6 of the Supplementary Provisions: October 1, 1992.
第二条中雇用保険法第十七条第三項、第十九条、第三十三条第三項、第三十七条第九項及び第五十六条の二第一項の改正規定並びに附則第四条から第六条までの規定 平成四年十月一日
