Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 1989; provided, however, that the provision amending the table of contents of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 1 (limited to the part replacing "Article 61-2" with "Article 62"), the provisions amending Articles 1 and 3 and Article 61-2, paragraph (1) of that Act, the provision deleting Article 62 of that Act and renumbering Article 61-2 of that Act as Article 62 of that Act, the provisions amending Article 65, Article 66, paragraph (3), item (iii) and paragraph (5), item (i), (b), and Article 68, paragraph (2) of that Act, the provisions of Article 2, and the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 and Articles 7 through 12 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、平成元年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中雇用保険法の目次の改正規定（「第六十一条の二」を「第六十二条」に改める部分に限る。）、同法第一条、第三条及び第六十一条の二第一項の改正規定、同法第六十二条を削り、同法第六十一条の二を同法第六十二条とする改正規定、同法第六十五条、第六十六条第三項第三号及び第五項第一号ロ並びに第六十八条第二項の改正規定、第二条の規定並びに附則第三条、第四条及び第七条から第十二条までの規定は、公布の日から施行する。
