With regard to the restriction on benefits under the provisions of Article 33, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 40, paragraph (3) of that Act) pertaining to separation from service before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
