Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on August 1, 1984; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、昭和五十九年八月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending Articles 48, 49 and 54 of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 1, the provision amending Article 22, paragraph (4) of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance in Article 2, and the provisions of Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions: September 1, 1984.
