Article 77Mutatis Mutandis Application

The provisions of Article 47, paragraphs (1) and (2) apply mutatis mutandis to the payment of the job applicant benefits for day workers. In this case, the phrase "Article 31, paragraph (1) of the Act" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 31, paragraph (1) of the Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 51, paragraph (3) of the Act"; the phrase "the deceased qualified recipient" is deemed to be replaced with "the deceased person able to receive payment of the job applicant benefits for day workers"; the phrase "recognition of unemployment" is deemed to be replaced with "recognition of unemployment referred to in Article 75, paragraph (1)"; the phrase "for a qualified recipient" is deemed to be replaced with "for a person able to receive payment of the job applicant benefits for day workers"; the phrase "qualified recipient's certificate" is deemed to be replaced with "insurance record book"; and the phrase "return it (or, where that qualified recipient has been issued a notice of recipient qualification, enter the matters concerning that disposition in the notice of recipient qualification and deliver it)" is deemed to be replaced with "return it".
