第七十四条(日雇労働被保険者資格継続の認可申請)
An insured day worker who intends to obtain the authorization under Article 43, paragraph (2) of the Act must submit a written application for authorization to continue insured status as an insured day worker (Form No. 28), accompanied by an insurance record book, to the Chief of the Public Employment Security Office having jurisdiction over the location of the place of business of the covered undertaking in which the person was employed for 18 days or more in each of the two preceding months, or was employed continuously for 31 days or more, or to the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office, via the employer of that place of business; provided, however, that where it is difficult, for an unavoidable reason, to submit that written application via that employer, it may be submitted without going via that employer.
