Article 101-2-17Mutatis Mutandis Application

The provisions of Article 44 (excluding paragraph (4)), Article 45, Article 46, Article 49, Article 50 and Article 54 (excluding Articles 49 and 50 in the case of general educational training, and Article 50 in the case of specified general educational training) apply mutatis mutandis to the payment of educational training benefits. In this case, in these provisions, the phrases "paid to a qualified recipient" and "the basic allowance to a qualified recipient" are deemed to be replaced with "paid to a person who may receive payment of educational training benefits" and "the basic allowance to a person who may receive payment of educational training benefits", respectively; the phrases "account of the qualified recipient", "request of the qualified recipient" and "request of a qualified recipient" are deemed to be replaced with "account of the person who may receive payment of educational training benefits", "request of the person who may receive payment of educational training benefits" and "request of a person who may receive payment of educational training benefits", respectively; the phrases "A qualified recipient who receives payment of the basic allowance by the method prescribed in the preceding paragraph (" and "Where a qualified recipient (" are deemed to be replaced with "A person who may receive payment of educational training benefits and who receives payment of the basic allowance by the method prescribed in the preceding paragraph (" and "Where a person who may receive payment of educational training benefits (", respectively; the phrase "qualified recipient paid by bank transfer" is deemed to be replaced with "person who receives payment of educational training benefits by the method prescribed in Article 44, paragraph (1)"; the phrase "qualified recipient's certificate" is deemed to be replaced with "educational training benefits and educational training support benefits qualified recipient's certificate"; the phrase "notice of recipient qualification" is deemed to be replaced with "notice of educational training recipient qualification prescribed in Article 101-2-13, paragraph (2)"; the phrases "that qualified recipient has been issued" and "to that qualified recipient" are deemed to be replaced with "the person who may receive payment of those educational training benefits has been issued" and "to the person who may receive payment of those educational training benefits", respectively; the phrase "name or domicile or residence" is deemed to be replaced with "name, domicile or residence or telephone number"; the phrase "a qualified recipient's notification of change of name (Form No. 20)" is deemed to be replaced with "an educational training benefits recipient's notification of change of name (Form No. 33-2-8)"; the phrase "a qualified recipient's notification of change of address (Form No. 20) in the case of a change of domicile or residence" is deemed to be replaced with "an educational training benefits recipient's notification of change of address (Form No. 33-2-8) in the case of a change of domicile or residence, or an educational training benefits recipient's notification of change of telephone number (Form No. 33-2-8) in the case of a change of telephone number"; the phrase "a qualified recipient's notification of change of name or a qualified recipient's notification of change of address" is deemed to be replaced with "an educational training benefits recipient's notification of change of name, an educational training benefits recipient's notification of change of address or an educational training benefits recipient's notification of change of telephone number"; the phrase "for the qualified recipient" is deemed to be replaced with "for the person who may receive payment of educational training benefits"; and in Articles 45, 49 and 50, the phrases "A qualified recipient who seeks to receive payment of the basic allowance", "A qualified recipient who has changed", "A qualified recipient who has lost" and "the qualified recipient must present" are deemed to be replaced with "A person who may receive payment of educational training benefits and who seeks to receive payment of the basic allowance", "A person who may receive payment of educational training benefits and who has changed", "A person who may receive payment of educational training benefits and who has lost" and "the person who may receive payment of educational training benefits must present", respectively.
