第百一条の二の十六（専門実践教育訓練に係る教育訓練給付金の支給）
When the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office has decided on payment of educational training benefits pertaining to specialized practical educational training to an educational training benefit recipient who falls under the persons set out in Article 101-2-7, item (iv), the Chief is to pay the educational training benefits for the payment unit period pertaining to that application for payment within seven days counting from the day following that day.
管轄公共職業安定所の長は、第百一条の二の七第四号に掲げる者に該当する教育訓練給付金支給対象者に対する専門実践教育訓練に係る教育訓練給付金の支給を決定したときは、その日の翌日から起算して七日以内に、当該支給申請に係る支給単位期間について教育訓練給付金を支給するものとする。
When the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office has decided on payment of educational training benefits pertaining to specialized practical educational training to an educational training benefit recipient who falls under the persons set out in Article 101-2-7, item (v) or item (vi), the Chief is to pay, within seven days counting from the day following that day, an amount calculated by the method determined by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare on the basis of the amount obtained by subtracting the amount of educational training benefits pertaining to that specialized practical educational training already paid from the amount of educational training benefits for all payment unit periods.
管轄公共職業安定所の長は、第百一条の二の七第五号又は第六号に掲げる者に該当する教育訓練給付金支給対象者に対する専門実践教育訓練に係る教育訓練給付金の支給を決定したときは、その日の翌日から起算して七日以内に、全支給単位期間分の教育訓練給付金の額から既に支給を受けた当該専門実践教育訓練に係る教育訓練給付金の額を減じて得た額を基礎として、厚生労働大臣の定める方法により算定して得た額を支給するものとする。
