A person under 70 years of age who is employed at a place of business other than an applicable place of business may become an insured covered by employees' pension insurance with the approval of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
適用事業所以外の事業所に使用される七十歳未満の者は、厚生労働大臣の認可を受けて、厚生年金保険の被保険者となることができる。
In order to obtain the approval referred to in the preceding paragraph, the relevant person must gain the consent of the employer of the place of business.
