Article 36Notice of Lapse of the Authority to Act as a Person's Legal Representative
第三十六条（法定代理権の消滅の通知）
The lapse of authority to act as a person's legal representative does not become valid until the principal or the agent notifies the adverse party of it.
法定代理権の消滅は、本人又は代理人から相手方に通知しなければ、その効力を生じない。
The provisions of the preceding paragraph apply mutatis mutandis to the voidance of a person's appointment as an appointed party or a change of appointed parties.
