Article 124Seizure of Movables Possessed by a Person Other than the Obligor
第百二十四条（債務者以外の者の占有する動産の差押え）
The provisions of paragraph (1) and paragraphs (3) through (5) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to a seizure of movables possessed by an obligee or a third party who does not refuse to submit it.
前条第一項及び第三項から第五項までの規定は、債権者又は提出を拒まない第三者の占有する動産の差押えについて準用する。
