Supplementary Provisions, Article 7
第七条
If a person set forth in the following items files, during the period from the Effective Date to September 30, 2012, a claim for certification under Article 9, paragraph (1) of the Child Allowance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1, revision of the amount of child allowance for that person is to be made from the month specified respectively in those items, notwithstanding that paragraph.
次の各号に掲げる者が、施行日から平成二十四年九月三十日までの間に第一条の規定による改正後の児童手当法第九条第一項の規定による認定の請求をしたときは、その者に対する児童手当の額の改定は、同項の規定にかかわらず、それぞれ当該各号に定める月から行う。
A father or mother who has custody of a child before completion of lower secondary school and shares a livelihood with that child, and for whom the amount of child allowance has come to be increased by reason of having come to live together with that child before completion of lower secondary school during the period from the Effective Date to May 31, 2012: the month following the month in which the day on which the person came to live together with that child before completion of lower secondary school falls;
A person for whom the amount of child allowance has come to be increased by reason of having come to raise a child before completion of lower secondary school as a guardian of a minor, a parent's designee, or a person set forth in Article 4, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the Child Allowance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 during the period from the Effective Date to May 31, 2012: the month following the month in which the day on which the person came to raise that child before completion of lower secondary school falls.
施行日から平成二十四年五月三十一日までの間に未成年後見人、父母指定者又は第一条の規定による改正後の児童手当法第四条第一項第四号に掲げる者として中学校修了前の児童を養育することとなったことにより児童手当の額が増額することとなるに至った者 その者が当該中学校修了前の児童を養育することとなった日の属する月の翌月
