第五条（児童手当及び旧特例給付等の支給に関する経過措置）
With regard to payment of child allowance for the months of March 2010 or earlier and of the benefits under Article 6, paragraph (1), Article 7, paragraph (1), and Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Former Child Allowance Act (hereinafter referred to as the "former special benefit, etc."), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成二十二年三月以前の月分の児童手当並びに旧児童手当法附則第六条第一項、第七条第一項及び第八条第一項の給付（以下「旧特例給付等」という。）の支給については、なお従前の例による。
