Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning Payment of Child Allowance and Revision of Its Amount
第三条（児童手当の支給及び額の改定に関する経過措置）
If a person set forth in the following items files, by September 30, 2006, a claim for certification under Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Child Allowance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Child Allowance Act") as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 7, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Child Allowance Act (including the case where it is applied by replacing terms pursuant to Article 17, paragraph (1) of the New Child Allowance Act; the same applies hereinafter), payment of the benefit under Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Child Allowance Act to that person is to start from the month specified respectively in those items, notwithstanding Article 8, paragraph (2) of the New Child Allowance Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (4) of that Article.
次の各号に掲げる者が、平成十八年九月三十日までの間に第一条の規定による改正後の児童手当法（以下「新児童手当法」という。）附則第七条第四項において準用する新児童手当法第七条第一項（新児童手当法第十七条第一項において読み替えて適用する場合を含む。以下同じ。）の規定による認定の請求をしたときは、その者に対する新児童手当法附則第七条第一項の給付の支給は、同条第四項において準用する新児童手当法第八条第二項の規定にかかわらず、それぞれ当該各号に定める月から始める。
A person who, as of the day on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), currently satisfies the requirements for payment of the benefit under Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Child Allowance Act, and for whom, as of the Effective Date, every child aged three or over before completion of elementary school prescribed in item (i), (a) of that paragraph whom the person is raising (hereinafter referred to as "child aged three or over before completion of elementary school") is a child who has passed the first March 31 on or after the day on which the child reaches the age of nine and is within the period up to the first March 31 on or after the day on which the child reaches the age of twelve (hereinafter referred to as "child after completion of the third grade and before completion of elementary school"): the month in which the Effective Date falls;
この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）において現に新児童手当法附則第七条第一項の給付の支給要件に該当している者であって、施行日において、その者が養育する同項第一号イに規定する三歳以上小学校修了前の児童（以下「三歳以上小学校修了前の児童」という。）のすべてが、九歳に達する日以後の最初の三月三十一日を経過し、十二歳に達する日以後の最初の三月三十一日までの間にある児童（以下「小学校第三学年修了後小学校修了前の児童」という。）であるもの 施行日の属する月
A person who has come to satisfy the requirements for payment of the benefit under Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Child Allowance Act during the period from the Effective Date to September 30, 2006, and for whom, on the day on which the person came to satisfy those requirements for payment, every child aged three or over before completion of elementary school whom the person is raising is a child after completion of the third grade and before completion of elementary school: the month following the month in which the day on which the person came to satisfy the requirements for payment of the benefit under that paragraph falls.
施行日から平成十八年九月三十日までの間に新児童手当法附則第七条第一項の給付の支給要件に該当するに至った者であって、当該支給要件に該当するに至った日において、その者が養育する三歳以上小学校修了前の児童のすべてが小学校第三学年修了後小学校修了前の児童であるもの その者が同項の給付の支給要件に該当するに至った日の属する月の翌月
If a person set forth in the following items files, by September 30, 2006, a claim for certification under Article 9, paragraph (1) of the New Child Allowance Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 7, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Child Allowance Act, revision of the amount of the benefit under Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Child Allowance Act for that person is to be made from the month specified respectively in those items, notwithstanding Article 9, paragraph (1) of the New Child Allowance Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (4) of that Article.
次の各号に掲げる者が、平成十八年九月三十日までの間に新児童手当法附則第七条第四項において準用する新児童手当法第九条第一項の規定による認定の請求をしたときは、その者に対する新児童手当法附則第七条第一項の給付の額の改定は、同条第四項において準用する新児童手当法第九条第一項の規定にかかわらず、それぞれ当該各号に定める月から行う。
A person for whom the amount of the benefit under Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Child Allowance Act has come to be increased by reason of currently raising, as of the Effective Date, a child after completion of the third grade and before completion of elementary school: the month in which the Effective Date falls;
施行日において現に小学校第三学年修了後小学校修了前の児童を養育していることにより新児童手当法附則第七条第一項の給付の額が増額することとなるに至った者 施行日の属する月
A person for whom the amount of the benefit under Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Child Allowance Act has come to be increased by reason of having come to raise a child after completion of the third grade and before completion of elementary school during the period from the Effective Date to September 30, 2006: the month following the month in which the day on which the person came to raise that child after completion of the third grade and before completion of elementary school falls.
施行日から平成十八年九月三十日までの間に小学校第三学年修了後小学校修了前の児童を養育することとなったことにより新児童手当法附則第七条第一項の給付の額が増額することとなるに至った者 当該小学校第三学年修了後小学校修了前の児童を養育することとなった日の属する月の翌月
