第二条（児童手当法等の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions as amended by this Act apply to the burden of the national government, prefectures, or municipalities (including special wards; the same applies hereinafter) pertaining to the budgets of fiscal year 2006 and subsequent fiscal years (excluding the burden of the national government, prefectures, or municipalities to be disbursed in fiscal year 2006 or subsequent fiscal years as a result of the implementation of administrative affairs or projects in fiscal year 2005 or earlier) or to the payment of grants, and with regard to the burden of the national government, prefectures, or municipalities to be disbursed in fiscal year 2006 or subsequent fiscal years as a result of the implementation of administrative affairs or projects in fiscal year 2005 or earlier, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律による改正後の規定は、平成十八年度以降の年度の予算に係る国、都道府県若しくは市町村（特別区を含む。以下同じ。）の負担（平成十七年度以前の年度における事務又は事業の実施により平成十八年度以降の年度に支出される国、都道府県又は市町村の負担を除く。）又は交付金の交付について適用し、平成十七年度以前の年度における事務又は事業の実施により平成十八年度以降の年度に支出される国、都道府県又は市町村の負担については、なお従前の例による。
