Supplementary Provisions, Article 5
第五条
During the period from January 1 to December 31, 1992, the phrase "Article 4" in Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Act is deemed to be replaced with "Article 4 as read pursuant to Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Child Allowance Act (Act No. 54 of 1991; hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 54")", and the phrase "Articles 5 through 17" in paragraph (2) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "Article 5, Article 6 as read pursuant to Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of Act No. 54, and Articles 7 through 17".
平成四年一月一日から同年十二月三十一日までの間においては、新法附則第六条第一項中「第四条」とあるのは「児童手当法の一部を改正する法律（平成三年法律第五十四号。以下「法律第五十四号」という。）附則第二条第一項の規定により読み替えられた第四条」と、同条第二項中「第五条から第十七条まで」とあるのは「第五条、法律第五十四号附則第二条第一項の規定により読み替えられた第六条、第七条から第十七条まで」とする。
