第二十七条（銀行法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 37-4 of the item (iv) new Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as applied mutatis mutandis with the terms replaced pursuant to Article 13-4 of the Banking Act as amended by the provisions of Article 12 (limited to the amending provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions; the same applies hereinafter in this paragraph) (hereinafter referred to as the "item (iv) new Banking Act" in this Article) apply to cases where, on or after the item (iv) effective date, a contract for specified deposit, etc. referred to in that Article is concluded or any other time specified by Cabinet Office Order arrives, and the provisions then in force continue to govern cases where, before the item (iv) effective date, a contract for specified deposit, etc. referred to in Article 37-4, paragraph (1) of the item (iv) former Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as applied mutatis mutandis with the terms replaced pursuant to Article 13-4 of the Banking Act prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 12 (hereinafter referred to as the "item (iv) former Banking Act" in this Article) was concluded or any other time specified by Cabinet Office Order arrived.
第十二条の規定（附則第一条第四号に掲げる改正規定に限る。以下この項において同じ。）による改正後の銀行法（以下この条において「第四号新銀行法」という。）第十三条の四において読み替えて準用する第四号新金融商品取引法第三十七条の四の規定は、第四号施行日以後に同条の特定預金等契約が成立したときその他内閣府令で定めるときが到来する場合について適用し、第四号施行日前に第十二条の規定による改正前の銀行法（以下この条において「第四号旧銀行法」という。）第十三条の四において読み替えて準用する第四号旧金融商品取引法第三十七条の四第一項の特定預金等契約が成立したときその他内閣府令で定めるときが到来した場合については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 37-6, paragraph (1) of the item (iv) new Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as applied mutatis mutandis with the terms replaced pursuant to Article 13-4 of the item (iv) new Banking Act apply to the cancellation of a contract for specified deposit, etc. prescribed in that paragraph that is concluded on or after the item (iv) effective date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the cancellation of a contract for specified deposit, etc. prescribed in Article 37-6, paragraph (1) of the item (iv) former Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as applied mutatis mutandis with the terms replaced pursuant to Article 13-4 of the item (iv) former Banking Act that was concluded before the item (iv) effective date.
第四号新銀行法第十三条の四において読み替えて準用する第四号新金融商品取引法第三十七条の六第一項の規定は、第四号施行日以後に成立する同項に規定する特定預金等契約の解除について適用し、第四号施行日前に成立した第四号旧銀行法第十三条の四において読み替えて準用する第四号旧金融商品取引法第三十七条の六第一項に規定する特定預金等契約の解除については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 37-4 of the item (iv) new Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as applied mutatis mutandis with the terms replaced pursuant to Article 52-2-5 of the item (iv) new Banking Act apply to cases where, on or after the item (iv) effective date, a contract for specified deposit, etc. referred to in that Article is concluded or any other time specified by Cabinet Office Order arrives, and the provisions then in force continue to govern cases where, before the item (iv) effective date, a contract for specified deposit, etc. referred to in Article 37-4, paragraph (1) of the item (iv) former Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as applied mutatis mutandis with the terms replaced pursuant to Article 52-2-5 of the item (iv) former Banking Act was concluded or any other time specified by Cabinet Office Order arrived.
第四号新銀行法第五十二条の二の五において読み替えて準用する第四号新金融商品取引法第三十七条の四の規定は、第四号施行日以後に同条の特定預金等契約が成立したときその他内閣府令で定めるときが到来する場合について適用し、第四号施行日前に第四号旧銀行法第五十二条の二の五において読み替えて準用する第四号旧金融商品取引法第三十七条の四第一項の特定預金等契約が成立したときその他内閣府令で定めるときが到来した場合については、なお従前の例による。
