附 則
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2002.
この法律は、平成十四年四月一日から施行する。
Prior laws continue to govern the applicability of penal provisions to acts which a person has committed before this Act comes into effect, as well as to acts which a person commits after this Act comes into effect for which prior laws are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of this Act.
この法律の施行前にした行為及びこの法律の規定により従前の例によることとされる場合におけるこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
