Supplementary Provisions, Article 12Adjustment Provisions Accompanying Partial Amendment of the Domestic Relations Case Procedure Act

If the Effective Date is before the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Personal Status Litigation Act, etc., with regard to the application of the provisions of Article 216-2 and Appended Table 2 of the New Domestic Relations Case Procedure Act until the day preceding that date, the phrase "adjudication case" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "adjudication case (meaning an adjudication case regarding the matters set forth in Appended Table 2, row (15))", and the phrase "Article 197" in that table is deemed to be replaced with "Article 197 and Article 216-2".
