Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures Accompanying Partial Amendment of the Domestic Relations Case Procedure Act
第十一条（家事事件手続法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 3-11, paragraph (4) of the Domestic Relations Case Procedure Act after the amendment under the provisions of Article 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Domestic Relations Case Procedure Act" in this Article) do not apply to an agreement made before the day of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions that a petition for an adjudication case for a disposition regarding a special contribution (meaning an adjudication case regarding the matters set forth in Appended Table 2, row (15) of the New Domestic Relations Case Procedure Act) may be filed with the courts of a specific country.
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 200, paragraph (3) of the New Domestic Relations Case Procedure Act during the period from the Effective Date to the day preceding the Item (iii) Effective Date, the phrase "a claim for deposits or savings prescribed in Article 466-5, paragraph (1) of the Civil Code" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "a claim concerning deposits or savings in a deposit account or savings account".
施行日から第三号施行日の前日までの間における新家事事件手続法第二百条第三項の規定の適用については、同項中「民法第四百六十六条の五第一項に規定する預貯金債権」とあるのは、「預金口座又は貯金口座に係る預金又は貯金に係る債権」とする。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 12Adjustment Provisions Accompanying Partial Amendment of the Domestic Relations Case Procedure Act
第十二条（家事事件手続法の一部改正に伴う調整規定）
If the Effective Date is before the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Personal Status Litigation Act, etc., with regard to the application of the provisions of Article 216-2 and Appended Table 2 of the New Domestic Relations Case Procedure Act until the day preceding that date, the phrase "adjudication case" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "adjudication case (meaning an adjudication case regarding the matters set forth in Appended Table 2, row (15))", and the phrase "Article 197" in that table is deemed to be replaced with "Article 197 and Article 216-2".
施行日が人事訴訟法等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日前となる場合には、同日の前日までの間における新家事事件手続法第二百十六条の二及び別表第二の規定の適用については、同条中「審判事件」とあるのは「審判事件（別表第二の十五の項の事項についての審判事件をいう。）」と、同表中「第百九十七条」とあるのは「第百九十七条、第二百十六条の二」とする。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 31Delegation to Cabinet Order
第三十一条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
