Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

the provisions amending Article 3-11 and Article 3-14 of the Domestic Relations Case Procedure Act in Article 3, and the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions: the later of the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Personal Status Litigation Act, etc. (Act No. 20 of 2018) and the date of enforcement of this Act.
第三条中家事事件手続法第三条の十一及び第三条の十四の改正規定並びに附則第十一条第一項の規定 人事訴訟法等の一部を改正する法律（平成三十年法律第二十号）の施行の日又はこの法律の施行の日のいずれか遅い日
