Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2017; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items:
この法律は、平成二十九年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
Article 1 (limited to the amending provisions for the table of contents of the Child Welfare Act, the amending provisions for Article 1 of that Act, the amending provisions that add two paragraphs as paragraphs (1) and (2) to Article 2 of that Act, the amending provisions that make Section 6 into Section 7 and Section 5 into Section 6 in Chapter I of that Act, the amending provisions that make Section 4 of that Chapter into Section 5 of that Chapter, the amending provisions for Article 10, paragraph (1) of that Act, the amending provisions that add one item to Article 11, paragraph (1) of that Act, the amending provisions that make Section 3 of that Chapter into Section 4 of that Chapter, the amending provisions that make Section 2 of that Chapter into Section 3 of that Chapter, the amending provisions for Article 6-3, paragraph (4) of that Act, the amending provisions that make Section 1 into Section 2 in Chapter I of that Act and add one section before that section, the amending provisions for Article 23, paragraph (1), Article 26, paragraph (1), item (ii), Article 27, paragraph (1), item (ii), Article 33, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 33-2, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 33-2-2, paragraph (1) and Article 33-3, paragraph (1) of that Act, the amending provisions that add one Article after Article 33-9 in Chapter II, Section 6 of that Act, and the amending provisions for Article 33-10, Article 33-14, paragraph (2) and Article 56, paragraph (4) of that Act), the amending provisions for Article 3-2, paragraph (1) of the Act on Welfare of Mothers and Fathers with Dependents and Widows in Article 4, the amending provisions for Article 5, paragraph (2) of the Maternal and Child Health Act in Article 5, and the amending provisions for Article 4, paragraphs (1) and (7), Article 8, paragraph (2), Article 10, paragraph (1), Article 11, paragraphs (1) and (4), Article 12-2, Article 12-3, Article 14, paragraph (1) and Article 15 of the Act on the Prevention, etc. of Child Abuse in Article 6, and the provisions of Article 4, Article 8 and Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the amending provisions for Article 12-4, paragraphs (1) and (8) of the National Strategic Special Zones Act (Act No. 107 of 2013) in Article 21 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part that amends "Chapter I, Section 6" to "Chapter I, Section 7" in Article 12-4, paragraphs (1) and (8) of that Act): the date of promulgation
第一条のうち児童福祉法の目次の改正規定、同法第一条の改正規定、同法第二条に第一項及び第二項として二項を加える改正規定、同法第一章中第六節を第七節とし、第五節を第六節とする改正規定、同章第四節を同章第五節とする改正規定、同法第十条第一項の改正規定、同法第十一条第一項に一号を加える改正規定、同章第三節を同章第四節とする改正規定、同章第二節を同章第三節とする改正規定、同法第六条の三第四項の改正規定、同法第一章中第一節を第二節とし、同節の前に一節を加える改正規定、同法第二十三条第一項、第二十六条第一項第二号、第二十七条第一項第二号、第三十三条第一項及び第二項、第三十三条の二第一項及び第二項、第三十三条の二の二第一項並びに第三十三条の三第一項の改正規定、同法第二章第六節中第三十三条の九の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに同法第三十三条の十、第三十三条の十四第二項及び第五十六条第四項の改正規定、第四条中母子及び父子並びに寡婦福祉法第三条の二第一項の改正規定、第五条中母子保健法第五条第二項の改正規定並びに第六条中児童虐待の防止等に関する法律第四条第一項及び第七項、第八条第二項、第十条第一項、第十一条第一項及び第四項、第十二条の二、第十二条の三、第十四条第一項並びに第十五条の改正規定並びに附則第四条、第八条及び第十七条の規定並びに附則第二十一条中国家戦略特別区域法（平成二十五年法律第百七号）第十二条の四第一項及び第八項の改正規定（同条第一項及び第八項中「第一章第六節」を「第一章第七節」に改める部分に限る。） 公布の日
