第二条（経過措置の原則）
The New Act applies to procedures for domestic relations cases other than cases prescribed in Article 4 of the Act on the Arrangement of Relevant Acts Incidental to the Enforcement of the Non-Contentious Case Procedures Act and the Domestic Relations Case Procedure Act (Act No. 53 of 2011; referred to as the "Arrangement Act" in the following Article).
