A court clerk must prepare records regarding a date for proceedings for adjudication of domestic relations; provided, however, that if the presiding judge finds it to be unnecessary to prepare records regarding a date other than a date for the examination of evidence, the court clerk may take a note that clearly indicates the outline of developments in the proceedings, in lieu of preparing such record.
裁判所書記官は、家事審判の手続の期日について、調書を作成しなければならない。ただし、証拠調べの期日以外の期日については、裁判長においてその必要がないと認めるときは、その経過の要領を記録上明らかにすることをもって、これに代えることができる。
