Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning Avoidance of Acts
第四条（否認に関する経過措置）
With regard to avoidance of acts performed before the enforcement of the New Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Chapter VI, Section 2 of the New Act (excluding Articles 171 through 175 of the New Act) and Articles 234 through 236 of the New Act.
新法の施行前にされた行為の否認については、新法第六章第二節（新法第百七十一条から第百七十五条までを除く。）及び第二百三十四条から第二百三十六条までの規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
