第三条（破産事件等に関する経過措置）
With regard to a bankruptcy case relating to a petition for bankruptcy filed before the enforcement of this Act (hereinafter referred to as "the New Act") or a declaration of bankruptcy made ex officio before the enforcement of the New Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律（以下「新法」という。）の施行前にされた破産の申立て又は新法の施行前に職権でされた破産の宣告に係る破産事件については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to a case concerning the discharge of the bankrupt relating to a petition for bankruptcy filed before the enforcement of the New Act or a declaration of bankruptcy made ex officio before the enforcement of the New Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to a case relating to a petition for restoration of rights filed before the enforcement of the New Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新法の施行前にされた復権の申立てに係る事件については、なお従前の例による。
