A bankruptcy trustee may appoint one or more bankruptcy trustee representatives on their own responsibility, if necessary, in order to have them perform their duties.
破産管財人は、必要があるときは、その職務を行わせるため、自己の責任で一人又は数人の破産管財人代理を選任することができる。
The appointment of the bankruptcy trustee representative stated in the preceding paragraph requires the permission of the court.
前項の破産管財人代理の選任については、裁判所の許可を得なければならない。
