The notice under the provisions of Article 55-82 of the Act is to be given to the person set forth in Article 50-18, paragraph (2), item (i).
法第五十五条の八十二の規定による通知は、第五十条の十八第二項第一号に掲げる者に対して行うものとする。
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, if the notice cannot be given because the whereabouts of the person set forth in Article 50-18, paragraph (2), item (i) are unknown, the notice is to be given to a person set forth in item (ii) or (iii) of that paragraph.
前項の場合において、第五十条の十八第二項第一号に掲げる者の所在が明らかでないため、通知をすることができないときは、同項第二号又は第三号に掲げる者に対して通知するものとする。
